Friday The 13th Gets 40th Anniversary Limited Edition Blu-ray SteelBook

Friday the 13th hit theaters on May 9, 1980. It’s hard to believe it’s been forty years since the film was released. I was hoping we’d have a new Friday the 13th film by now. With all that’s happened with the franchise, it doesn’t look like we’ll be getting one for the foreseeable future. I’m just glad Paramount decided to release a 40th Anniversary Limited Edition Blu-ray SteelBook, even if it doesn’t have any new special features or extras. It’s a basic Blu-ray/Digital combo. The original poster artwork looks amazing, though. You can pre-order your copy here.
